1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using On Deck (the "app"), you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and delete it.
2. What the app is
On Deck is a fully offline, on-device tool that helps you record and estimate your partner's menstrual cycle so you can look after her better.
The app has no accounts and no ads, everything runs on your device, and the app itself makes no network requests. We provide no online service and receive none of your data.
The core features are free and complete — no limits, no time cap. There is an optional paid tier, On Deck Pro; its terms are in section 9.
3. This is not a medical service
The app is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis, treatment, or medication advice.
Every date, phase, and prompt shown is an estimate derived from what you entered and may differ from reality. **It must not be used as a basis for contraception, conception planning, or any medical decision.** For health questions, consult a licensed physician.
4. Your responsibilities
1. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; inaccurate input directly distorts every estimate.
2. What you record is your partner's health information. We strongly recommend obtaining her knowledge and consent beforehand, and complying with the personal-information laws where you live. Any dispute arising from a lack of consent is yours to bear.
3. Data is stored only on your device. Deleting the app, changing devices, or erasing data will permanently destroy your records. Use the backup export feature and keep the file safe.
4. You choose and keep the backup passcode. If you lose it, we cannot help you recover it.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: any consequence of an inaccurate estimate; data loss caused by device loss, damage, system failure, or your own actions; or disputes arising from a lack of your partner's consent.
6. Intellectual property
The interface design, copy, icons, and program code of this app are the intellectual property of the developer. You may use the app normally, but may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit it.
7. Changes
Any revision to these terms ships with an app update and is dated on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Relationship to Apple's terms, and governing law
These terms supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two conflict, Apple's standard terms prevail.
Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract under the law where you live. Any dispute arising from these terms is governed by the law of your place of residence.
9. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
On Deck Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
1. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
2. Cancel any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends; otherwise it renews for another period.
3. Where a free trial is offered: cancel during the trial and you pay nothing. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
4. The lifetime option is a non-consumable purchase. You pay once; it does not renew and you will not be charged again.
5. All payments are handled by Apple. Refunds follow Apple’s refund policy; we have neither the authority nor the ability to process them on your behalf.
6. If a subscription lapses, none of your recorded data is deleted. Resubscribing restores the paid features immediately.

基础功能免费且完整可用，不限量、不设时限。另有可选的付费功能「懂她 Pro」，条款见第九条。
三、本应用不是医疗服务
本应用不是医疗器械，不提供诊断、治疗或用药建议。
应用中显示的所有日期、阶段与提示均为基于你所填数据的估计值，可能与实际情况存在偏差。**不得将其作为避孕、备孕或任何医疗决策的依据。** 如有健康疑问，请咨询执业医师。
四、你的责任
1. 你需自行确保所填信息的准确性；信息不准确会直接导致推算结果失真。
2. 你记录的是伴侣的健康信息。我们强烈建议你事先取得她的知情与同意，并遵守所在地关于个人信息的法律法规。因未取得同意而产生的任何纠纷，由你自行承担。
3. 数据仅存储在你的设备上。删除应用、更换设备或清空数据都会导致记录永久丢失，请自行使用导出备份功能妥善保管。
4. 备份文件的口令由你设定并保管。口令遗失后我们无法协助找回。
五、免责范围
在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对以下情形承担责任：因推算结果偏差导致的任何后果；因设备丢失、损坏、系统故障或你的操作导致的数据丢失；因你未取得伴侣同意而产生的纠纷。
六、知识产权
本应用的界面设计、文案、图标及程序代码等，其知识产权归开发者所有。你可以正常使用本应用，但不得进行反向工程、二次分发或商业性利用。
七、协议变更
本协议如有修改，将随应用版本更新发布，并在本页标注更新日期。继续使用即视为接受修改后的协议。
八、与 Apple 标准条款的关系，以及适用法律
本协议是对 Apple《许可应用程序最终用户许可协议》（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）的补充。两者内容冲突时，以 Apple 的标准条款为准。
本协议不限制你依所在地法律享有的、不可通过合同放弃的消费者权利。因本协议产生的争议，适用你常住地的法律。
九、订阅与内购
可选的「懂她 Pro」提供按月订阅、按年订阅与一次性买断三种选择。
1. 订阅会在每个计费周期结束时自动续订，直到你取消。费用在当期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple 账户扣除。
2. 可随时在 iPhone 的「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中取消；取消需在当期结束前至少 24 小时完成，否则将续订下一期。
3. 如提供免费试用：试用期内取消不收取任何费用；购买订阅后，试用中未使用的部分即失效。
4. 一次性买断为非消耗型商品，付款一次，不会续订，也不会再向你收费。
5. 全部支付由 Apple 处理。退款适用 Apple 的退款政策，我们无权也无法代为处理。
6. 订阅到期后，你记录的数据一条都不会被删除；重新订阅即可继续使用付费功能。
