HSA receipts, kept as plain files that outlive the app.
The IRS sets no deadline for reimbursing yourself from an HSA. Keep the records, let the money grow, reimburse whenever you want. Filed Away keeps the records.
Receipts are saved as ordinary images in a folder you can open in the Files app, alongside a plain index.csv you can read in any spreadsheet. There is no account and no server — we never see any of it.
One purchase, no subscription. If this app disappears in twenty years, your folder still opens and still makes sense.
Everything the app writes is readable without it:

It does not give tax, legal, medical, or financial advice, and it does not decide whether an expense qualifies for reimbursement.
