Filed Away is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, which applies in full. These terms add product-specific points and do not replace it.
Filed Away Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the 15-receipt limit on the device library tied to your Apple Account. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and there is no recurring charge. Restoring a purchase on another device is done with the Restore Purchase button.
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple, not the developer, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Filed Away stores records. It does not give tax, legal, medical, or financial advice, and it does not determine whether any expense qualifies for reimbursement under IRS rules or your plan's terms. Decisions about reimbursement, tax filings, and record adequacy are yours, and a qualified professional should be consulted about your situation.
The app writes plain files to storage you control. Keeping backups of that storage is your responsibility. The developer cannot recover files that are lost, overwritten, or deleted, because the developer never has a copy.
The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including lost records or tax consequences.
Updated terms ship inside the app.
